There are 12 weeks left before Thanksgiving. That’s the nominal end of 2019. What does that mean for you?
Forgive the nasty FUD approach (fear, uncertainty, & doubt), but it’s real. Not just for you, but for me, too. Here’s what I’m doing to get ready:
- Investing. There’s no time like the present to dip your toe into those riskier efforts if you want to start 2020 on a strong footing. My accountant agrees, too.
- I’m getting out there. With my mild summer tan, a last ditch effort to wear my underutilized summery wardrobe, and my eternal optimism, I’m meeting everyone I can. People who will willingly meet with you are a great source of encouragement, even if there’s no obvious business opportunity. It’s fun, and provides a productive environment in which to share ideas.
- I’m evaluating my sales funnel: what’s worked, and what hasn’t. And...what haven’t I fully explored? Honesty is the best policy here, however humbling.
- I’m expressing gratitude to all the clients, team members, and advocates for every fist bump they’ve offered this year.
They don’t call it Labor Day for nothing, people. Have a good one!
